Whole Wheat Bread Rolls

Lately I have been trying to perfect a wheat roll recipe, and by golly, I think I've done it. I really wanted to learn to bake bread by grinding my own wheat. Making bread takes a lot of practice and a lot of time and patience. Every time it gets better though and now if an emergency strikes, we can at least eat bread that tastes good. My children prefer the white bread though.

Yummy! I need to learn how to bake bread! I tried once to make breadsticks and they were rocks! I pretty much gave up after that!

Hey Lacey and Jeff,

It's been an incredibly long time since I last saw you guys. I saw you once in the Holt with little Alison. Your children look like a great mix of the two of you. I can't believe how grown up they are.
I must say that your roles look great Lacey. I talked Julie into making some roles a couple of weeks ago. They were good. It was the first time she had made them after several years of not having her mix master.
I am happy for you guys. It's great that Jeff has graduated. I am currently in the process of gaining a degree in construction management at BYU-I. It has been enjoyable but I sure look forward to finishing.
I look forward to checking up on you guys every now and then to see the changes and growth of your family. Take care for now.
